This hand crafted Pinot Noir was grown on the estate-owned Cowslip Valley vineyard in the Waihopai Valley of Marlborough. Traditional winemaking techniques including fermentation in open vats with hand plunging, results in a smooth, full-flavoured wine.

Proudly family owned and operated Babich Wines was founded in 1916 by Croatian immigrant Josip Babich. Today, using this near century of winemaking experience, the Babich Family produce great wines from New Zealand's finest wine regions.

Notes:        Perfumed dark fruits and cedar. Harmonious and lush with sweet fruits and spice. Elegant and smooth; a real delight and superb example of New Zealand Pinot Noir.

Serve:        Chill to 16c it complements char-grilled Scotch fillet steak topped with grilled flat mushrooms.
