FAQ's

Q. How do I make payment to you?

Payment can be made by BAC's, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Paypal.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer (BAC's) our bank details will be sent to you via your order confirmation email.

Q. How is my order delivered?

We use our own, very reliable drivers, who have been delivering fragile wines for years, and also a national courier, who we find to be great at their job (We have tried a few beforehand). They both operate a Nationwide Delivery Service and are rather good at what they do!

In the unlikely event of any breakages, please inform one of the team here as soon as possible. (Don't Panic! We'll replace any broken ones, so please don't cut your tongue on the Glass!)

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery for most of the UK is just £7.95 per order, per delivery address, so the more you buy, the more you save!

Our carriers actually charge us more for the delivery, but we don't charge the full amount and we also do not 'hide' the cost of delivery in the wine prices, as we all know, there is no such thing as 'free' delivery (Ask them where they buy their fuel and go and fill your car up there!).

Q. Can you deliver outside the UK Mainland?

Yes, We deliver to most UK Islands and most European destinations and Internationally too. If your Country is not listed at checkout, please call for our competitive delivery costs

Q. What guarantee of quality do I have?

Apart from our 100% Money Back Guarantee, you also have the Quality Control of each Individual Country that we source from. This includes AC from France, DOC from Italy etc...Plus, if you insist, we'll have a glass with you!

Q. I work all day and am only at home in the evening-can you arrange an evening or weekend delivery?

We can execute evening or weekend deliveries but these cost more, so we normally try to find a friendly neighbour or relative who can accept delivery.

Please add any delivery instructions into the notes section upon checkout (e.g. Leave next door at No 5, if out leave in bin cupboard, leave in garage if out etc)

Our delivery firm will leave a card with the local delivery offices details if you are out. Please call this local depot to arrange a suitable delivery time for you or to collect in person.

Q. Why is there a minimum of 6 bottles for a delivery?

This is down to Cost!

As a wholesaler it makes economic sense to supply a wine in half case boxes (6 bottles) as we receive them in from the Vineyards in 6's and 12's.

The delivery charge for one single bottle sometimes costs more than the bottle and anyway, when you find a wine you LOVE, will only ordering 1 be enough and don't forget our 100% Money Back Guarantee! If you don't like a wine you can return the remaining bottles to us.

We hope the above answers your immediate Questions.

If your question is not listed here, please contact us by phone or email. We would Love to hear from you.

Cheers!
