Tasting Notes
Wine with a straw yellow colour tending to gold, the nose has a pleasant aromatic persistence with notes of wild flowers, white stoned fruit and roasted almonds. The taste is soft, supported by subtle flavours and freshness.
The peculiarity of this white is the use of the grape 'Pepella' which is present only in small areas, and in a few strains of the Amalfitano territory.
The Pepella vine is completely ignored by the texts of oenology and takes its name from the peculiarities of the bunch, which has next to the berries of normal size, other tiny berries.
